Thoughts for Christmas canning:
– Apple butter
– Moxie jelly
– Corncob jelly
– Grapefruit marmalade
– Lemon Marmalade
– Carrot-Pineapple-Orange marmalade
– Smooth cranberry sauce
– Chunky cranberry sauce
– I make a batch of lokum for a couple people
– Wife and kids do the assorted German Christmas cookie that kick ass
– Start a fresh batch of mead to be ready for gifting next year. Put together a satchel of mulling spices with each bottle when the time comes and a mention that a bottle in a crock of hot mulled cider is great.
Have a long weekend coming up and will try to get half the canning out of the way.
