Sliced honey wheat bread from this recipe*, a smear of mayo on the outside of each slice, smear of brown mustard inside of one slice. One slice mayo down in buttered skillet over medium-low before sprinkling thickly with shredded cheddar/Monterey Jack/ Swiss, plate over the top to help the cheese melt. Next slice of bread on top with mayo outside and flipped to brown.
But no ‘mater soup finished heavily with fresh cracked pepper. I have failed you all 😦
* 375 degrees until the center read 210, as my loaves want to burn before done when baked at 400+ degrees.
