They want their restaurant food back:

Could have used a quick and chunky relishything to brighten it up, but it was tasty. I used the anal-retentive fancy whole carrot braising technique from the current Cook’s Illustrated and would do it again with fresh garden carrots.

And, of course, I poured more reduced steak pan drippings over the beef and potato.
