This baba ghanoush recipe is solid.

Just be advised it makes a smaller batch than seasoned hummus-makers may be accustomed to and you may want to double if you live with someone else and want leftovers. Jut right for a couple meals for one, though.

    • Make it, a batch of naan, and thank me later.

      • Now, there’s a pretty darn good Tibetan restaurant in town (it’s called “The Tibet Restaurant”, and all the guys who make the food are Indian-looking fellows with amazing mustaches and who are about 5 feet tall) that makes great naan, and I know what that is.
