All Good

15 pounds of Boston Butt in the fridge with a pint of freshly made mustard sauce, pint of freshly simmered barbeque sauce, and a half gallon of vinegar sauce (Apple cider vinegar, chile flakes, salt), while fifty rolls sit in the pantry.

The head butcher was very apologetic and made everything right. Now, I just need to oven roast the pork until falling apart, package everything on the bike rack, and haul it a few miles to the shindig in the morning.
