Italian sausage browned with sliced onion before going in with celery leaves and red bell pepper. Then some minced garlic, thyme, chili flakes, bay leaf, caraway seed, and mustard flour. Kale to wilt and a quart of homemade pork stock until yummy. Salt and black pepper, obviously. Left to cool slightly before going in with some heavy cream. To be ladled over rice.
