Mac ‘N Cheese

Well, ziti. Cut kielbasa into disks and browned before browning onion, broccoli, and celery. Made a Mornay with butter/flour/paprika/a bottle of Coors reduced a bit to burn off the foam and alcohol/milk/Swiss cheese. Then tossed it all with the pasta:

    Y’know, after reading you for some time, I believe you may have missed your calling…

    • I was accepted to New England Culinary out of high school, but money and family stuff came up. No biggie, kitchen work is just less human-resources-driven factory labor with less predictable hours, no benefits, and no vacation.

      That said, a friend and I would love to open a pub, anyway. Maybe someday when our finances can afford a little gamble.
