With caramelized onion and mushroom in butter with tarragon and crushed garlic. And a good pinch of red pepper flakes:


I forgot how much the little buggers poof and cut them a wee bit too large, but they were good. And I used white potatoes rather than baking potatoes because they needed using. I will not apologize.

    And you’ll be glad to know that right now there’s a nice big crockpot of split-pea soup cooking down at home while I’m out braving the snow (yet again).
