Clostridium Botulinum Farming

A year after asking advice and thinking about taking the plunge, I have three boxes of brandey-new canning jars sitting on the table driving my wife nuts until they are put away, a few bags of cherries, and pectin ready to make jam.

There is also bread dough for two loaves ready to shape, rise, and bake. And film to develop now that we have a proper scanner. And I am going fishing for a couple hours. Is good day.

  1. I just cracked open the last jar of Strawberry Rhubarb Jam from last year. And now we’re planning on making some more this afternoon!
