Just don’t do what my dad did, trying to get me to ski–have really poor timing.
After struggling down the hill on my first try when I was 8, a medical helicopter landed to pick up a guy who had just run into a tree. Traumatized for life, I have never touched another downhill ski.
Saved you a significant amount of money, that way. I stopped getting free season passes from a relative at one of the major mountains and now my wallet is trembling.
