- Honey brined, deep-fried turkey

- Dressing thing with some cornmeal and extra goodies

- Roast butternut squash

- Sweet potato mashed into some white potato.

- Small, de-seeded pumpkin filled with milk, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, and some other spices roasted in the oven until delicious. Probably a good pat of butter, as well.

- A chunky cranberry sauce.

- Home pickled onions

- Creamed onions

- Carrots prepared however I decide when the time comes.

- Garlic jelly and cream cheese with crackers.

- A good wedge of brie and hunk of blue that only my wife and I will touch as seems to now be a tradition.

- And gravy made with a roux and some of the stock in the freezer from the last turkey we roasted.

Drink List:

- Some flavorless white wine for my mother and wife’s grandmother.

- Sparkling cider for the kids and me as well as sparkling something or other.

- Iced tea.

- And the last of my final bottle of Laphroaig’s excellent and discontinued 15 year as a cherry on the cake.
